By filling out this application, you are pledging to make a
payment to Smithers Community Radio Society for the membership/sponsorship indicated below.

You can mail a cheque made out to Smithers Community Radio Society. Our mailing address is Smithers Community Radio, attention Glen Ingram, po box 791 Smithers BC, VOJ 2N0. If we don't hear from you by mail, we will contact you to make arrangements (online payment option coming soon).

In return for you financial support, we will then send you a membership card, our cool bumper sticker, our latest newsletter, our current schedule, and you become eligible to volunteer/provide programming and vote at our annual meeting.
