What is the Code of Silence? Sounds like something out of the Superman movies or an episode of Seinfeld, but it's real Jerry, and it's fabulous.

James Turk, the Director of the Centre for Free Expression at Toronto Metropolitan University has been helming the Code of Silence award along with jurors from the Canadian Association of Journalists and Canadian Journalists for Free Expression.
