The Cookie Jar goes back into the archives, from 2015. Very much in the news these days is the challenge of finding health care professionals, and that reminded me of a great couple of stories I collected from dental health professionals. First, Heather Vuyk of the Kingston Community Health Centre, who was also involved with the Kingston Dental Coalition. Then, Cindy McQueen had a mobile dental clinic, called Roving Dental Hygiene. She rode her bicycle around Kingston and brought dental care to clients with special needs, mobility issues, or dental anxieties.
