We all have seasonal moments that we anticipate eagerly as the weather changes. One of mine each spring is the opening the local farmers’ market. The 2024 Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market will open for business in Smithers the first week of May. And one of my very favourite vendors is the Steller Jay Coffee Cart. Shannon West, owner and operator of that coffee cart is my guest today and we’re gonna discuss one of our favourite life hacks, coffee! Because all I want in the morning is a proper cup of coffee.
